The hotel is located in a beautiful and serene area, surrounded by nature and with stunning views of the lake. Guests can easily walk to town and enjoy the various restaurants and parks. the staff are very friendly and accommodating, taking care of individual needs and preferences, particularly with breakfast and food. the spa, pool area and sauna are clean and well-maintained, and four-legged friends are welcome.
In general, the hotel is comfortable and enjoyable to stay at, although there may be occasional noise from the bathroom light and fan system which could disturb sleep.

The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, ensuring that our breakfast and other meals were tailored to our preferences. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities, especially the spa and pool area, was impressive. The location of this city is also lovely, with beautiful nature to enjoy and easy access to restaurants and parks.

The location of the hotel in the Black Forest was amazing. With plenty of restaurants and gorgeous parks in the town center, it was very convenient. the staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating. They even knew our breakfast preferences! the spa facilities were exceptionally clean, and we really enjoyed the pool and sauna.
Although the overall experience was good, there were times when there was a strange smell in the hallways that we couldn't pinpoint. It could have been from the toilets, but we're not sure.

Spent a weekend in a lovely hotel hidden in the Black Forest. Loved the tranquil surroundings - no city noise, just the sound of chirping birds. The view from our terrace was spectacular, overlooking a serene lake. It was great to be able to walk to the town center and enjoy delicious local food in restaurants while surrounded by beautiful parks. , the staff was some of the friendliest folks ever - so welcoming and attentive.
The downside was the bathroom fan which turned on automatically with the lights, making it way too loud and disruptive, especially at night. , sometimes a funky smell would creep in from either the bathroom or hallway, not sure where it was coming from.
